Keith Johnson

Founder & Director

Men's Leadership Pastor & Coach

   Keith Johnson is a Men's Pastor with a heart to see men grow to their full potential as true disciples of Jesus Christ. He believes God has given every man a Biblical mandate to be a leader in the family, the church, the marketplace and the Nations. He is a coach and mentor of men who desire to grow in relationship to Christ, their leadership and team building skills. Keith is the founder of Mighty Men Ministries (M-3), a ministry dedicated to coaching and training men for life, leadership & victory.

   Keith began in the ministry in 1986 and received ministry training from The Berean School of the Bible and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary’s Center for Urban Ministerial Education (CUME) with a focus on Christian Education and Pastoral Counseling. Keith received ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God, Springfield Missouri and served as the Associate Pastor of Christian Education at the Boston Worship Center A.G., in Boston, Massachusetts. At BWC Keith was the founded of the Christian Education Department. Keith also served as a Core Leaders, Head Usher and Men's Ministry Leader with Christian Life Church in Eliot, Maine.

   Keith's vision for ministry is to serve the Body of Christ by coaching, encouraging and equipping men and their families in the local Church. To coach and mentor men to fulfill their God appointed purpose in taking the lead in the family, the Church, the marketplace and the Nation.

   Keith lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia with his beautiful wife of 28 years Tracy. Together they have three grown childrens and 5 grandchildren.

Tommy Channell

Director | Men's Leadership Pastor & Coach

   Tommy is a Men’s Pastor and Coach who has a real passion to see God’s men discover their true identity in Christ as mighty men of valor.  He has spent the last 20 years speaking, teaching and leading men to experience transformation through the power of the cross and the finished work of Christ. 

​

   Tommy was a Founding Leader and has continued to lead numerous men’s impact groups and training events with Mighty Men Ministries since its inception in 2006.  He has served with excellence as an Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor of churches planted in Hall County Georgia.  Tommy is a man called by God with a strong vision to train, equip, and coach men for leadership and victory in the battle. He believes God has called every man to be a strong leader in the family, the marketplace, the church and in every sphere of influence.

   Tommy has a bachelors in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  He is an accomplished senior engineer with national and international project management experience.

Tommy lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia with his beautiful wife of 29 years Leslie. They have 4 grown children.
