Our mission is to equip and raise up an army of Holy Spirit empowered men who will boldly take the lead in the family, the work place, the church and the nations. Mission Men Ministries is passionate and dedicated to seeing the fires of Holy Spirit revival burning in the hearts of God’s Mighty Men and sweeping across America! We will boldly accomplish this vision by building in four (4) key areas:

• Life changing impact groups that are non-religious where men can have fun as they engage and build relationships that lead to real growth and transformation.

• Leadership training and team building as the foundation of dynamic ministry to men and families.

• Missions focused to embrace the great commission in practical ways that inspire men to get involved and make a difference.

• Men standing in active support of church leadership and vision.

• Men’s Ministry Coaching and Leadership Training for Men’s Pastors and Lay Leaders.

• Launching and building life changing men’s ministry in the local church.

• Impact Group Leadership Training.

3. REVIVAL MINISTRY TO MEN

• Inspiring Bible based preaching and teaching at churches, men’s meetings, retreats and conferences.

• Creating an atmosphere of openness, humility and confession when men can get real, stop posing and come into the light with other men to be changed and set free by the Holy Spirit.

• Discussion Groups with strategic questions designed to get men talking so they can open up and build relationships as they build trust and commitment to one another.

• Prayer times and alter calls when men can take a stand and draw a line in the sand. A life changing action step when men can make confession to God and to a brother and receive prayer and ministry.

• Creating a wide variety of resources with a focus of equipping and encouraging men in every area of life.

God has called every Christian to be a disciple. A disciple is a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, a man or woman who is connected to God in a current relationship and under discipline. All disciples are called to be LEADERS!

A simple definition of leadership: The art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. Put even more simply, a leader is the inspiration and director of the action. He or she is the person in the group that possesses the combination of character, vision, commitment and skills that makes others want to follow his or her direction.

Leadership involves the capacity to establish direction and to influence and align others toward a common goal, motivating and committing them to action and instilling in them the desire to be committed and responsible for their actions.
